These individuals do not do the actual training themselves but would manage the training process through a coach or experienced staff member.Individuals found competent against this SERVICE will be responsible for identifying the training needs of their team, deciding on the appropriate intervention but would not design the training material. They would rather source it from other internal/external resources. Individuals are responsible for ensuring that the resources are used correctly and for maintaining records for the unit. Ultimately it is their responsibility to ensure the training intervention was successfully completed.After completion of this SERVICE the Staff will be able to:Identify organisational policies & procedures for training of staff.Plan a training intervention.Manage implementation of a training intervention.Review a training intervention.Specific Outcomes and PART OF ACTIVITES PREVIOUSLY IMPLEMENTED BY SAYPRO:PART OF ACTIVITES PREVIOUSLY IMPLEMENTED BY SAYPROThe various training interventions and methods offered by the organisation are identified.The role of the manager in terms of supporting, motivating and assessing Staff’s accomplishments is explained in terms of organisational policy and procedures.Policies and procedures for the training of new and existing staff are explained as they apply to the organisation.The administrative requirements for requesting, controlling and recording of training interventions are explained as they apply to the organisation.A member of the team requiring training is identified in terms of his/her need for new skills or performance improvement/enhancement.A review of the identified Staff’s performance and needs identifies the kind of assistance, support and training required.The identified training need is matched with available programs, materials and methods following the organisations’ policy and procedures.Other role players required for the intervention are identified according to the intervention planned.The Staff is motivated to participate in the intervention and is aware of the process to be followed through the course of the training intervention.The required resources are organised and all role players are briefed on their roles and use of the resources.Records of the training intervention are maintained as required by the organisation.The training is conducted in accordance with the organisation’s quality assurance requirements.The Staff’s progress and achievements are monitored throughout the intervention through informal/formal formative assessment.A final assessment to determine whether learning objectives have been met, is carried out according to the requirements of the organisation.The review identifies strengths and weaknesses in the planning, preparation, resourcing and implementation of the intervention.Feedback on the impact of the training intervention is sought and analysed against the objectives of the intervention.Feedback is sought from the Staff in order to improve future training interventions in the unit.Feedback is given to relevant role players based on the review.Expected Outcomes from previous Projects Implemented:Solving problems:Problem solving is supported in the evaluation of progress of training implementation and the rectification of challenges and problems impacting negatively on the implementation process.Working in a Team:Effective implementation of a training intervention requires teamwork in the organisation.Organise oneself and ones activities:Self-organisation is supported throughout the process of training intervention management within the organisation.Collect, analyse, organise and critically evaluate information:Management of a training intervention within the organisation requires the collection, analysis, organising and critical evaluation of information.Communicate effectively:The management of a training intervention supports the maintaining of effective communication to staff and relevant role-players throughout the implementation process.Understand the world as a set of related systems:The successful implementation of a training intervention requires understanding of the world as a set of interrelated systems as various role-players impact on the process.Please visit our website at www.saypro.online Email: info@saypro.online Email: info@saypro.online Call: + 27 11 071 1903 WhatsApp: + 27 84 313 7407.
