SayPro plan and oversee the implementation of.

• SayPro oversee the development and implementation of the Capacity needs assessment for implementing teams
• SayPro contributes to the development of the curriculum on evidence-based interventions, such as PFA and PM+, as well as on self-care, targeting the Outreach Volunteers.
• SayPro design and follow-up on the capacity building roll-out plan, coaching & supervision system (including review & adaptation of training materials & follow-up tools)
• SayPro provides Capacity Building for Partner staff in Package (PFA, PM+, self-care) with the support of the training officer.
• SayPro coordinate & Manage the implementation phase of the projects in coordination with the focal points in the partners’ organization & the Project Manager
• SayPro represent Save the Children in all steering committee meetings of the program with partners
• SayPro coordinate & Manage the projects to meet the project objectives within budget and within the allocated time frame
• SayPro ensures the proper implementation of the activities through regular follow-up coaching & supervision of implementing partner staff (psychologists, coordinators, etc.)
• SayPro ensure timely delivery of a quality programme by developing effective and operational reporting mechanisms;
• SayPro monitor progress against projects’ log frames and implementation plan and that the team has their individual work plans developed and properly followed;
• SayPro ensure appropriate monitoring and evaluation systems are in place and followed by the team
• SayPro identify areas of implementation according to fields needs through outreach activities and coordination with Partners & other cross-sectoral actors;
• SayPro contribute to donor reports and ensures that internal reporting is of quality and follows Save the Children processes;
• SayPro support the review and adaptation of package and curriculum based on lessons learnt

SayPro Programme design/development

• SayPro lead the monitoring and evaluation processes of activities;
• SayPro feed in the design of activities according to implementation lessons learned and community feedback;
• SayPro ensure that programme interventions continue to be informed by and integrated with other core sectors such as Child Protection, Education, Shelter, Food Security and Livelihoods; and
• SayPro regularly visits programme sites to ensure that the community at large are appropriately supported and qualitative and quantitative programme objectives are achieved.

SayPro Team management and capacity building:

• SayPro take accountability for its own and the team’s performance and development following Develop to Perform guidelines;
• SayPro provide staff with capacity building training as per performance management and needs assessments,
• SayPro ensure that the team follow weekly work plans and develop weekly reports;
• SayPro conduct training for relevant local NGOs and local authorities when need are identified
• SayPro ensure that all staff are complying with the code of conduct, Child Safeguarding, and other policies
• SayPro ensure that activities are implemented in accordance with policies, child protection strategy and national guidelines and frameworks;
• SayPro complies with Save the Children’s policies and practices with respect to child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
