Description
- SayPro achieves revenue targets by meeting critical performance metrics including donor retention, donor value retention, overall giving, and movement of qualified donors into Major Donor and Planned Giving portfolios.
- SayPro leads a portfolio of mid-level donors, with the help of external partners, by using relationship-based moves management strategies to identify, nurture, solicit, and steward donors towards deeper engagement.
- SayPro coordinates strategy and outreach plans for all donors who qualify as mid-level (including prospects).
- SayPro develops and complete data capture and communication plans to identify, and act on, donor commitment and interests.
- SayPro works closely with MMUSA colleagues to plan and implement coordinated campaigns (including but not limited to mail, telemarketing, SMS, and email) in line with the program’s strategic and revenue goals.
- SayPro leads all aspects of day to day management of vendors who support the mid-level program.
- SayPro develops donor engagement and cultivation opportunities including coordinating special calls, events, or invitations for the mid-level audience.
- SayPro assists in the management of relationships with key internal partners related to business rules and communication strategies for donors who move into or out of major giving portfolios.
- SayPro prepare reports and financial analyses as needed.
