Mastering the general concepts and terminology used in administration.
Planning, organising, leading, co-ordinating, motivating and controlling abilities.
Consolidation of basic material used in strategy development of administrative activities.
Preparing/ drafting policy documents, development and maintenance of procedures; etc.

Critical evaluation of administrative activities and strategies in various industries.
Ability to collect necessary information for management decisions.
Generation of sound administrative advice to various organisations in different circumstances.
Ability to innovate, to create and develop new business, etc.

Ability to create, develop and maintain effective working relationship among staff members.
Communication skills, ability to understand and manage individual behaviour, social processes.
Good understanding of realities of a career in personnel administration, the dynamic factors of personnel. management such as assistance programmes, social policy, control of labour turnover, absenteeism, and productivity;
Use of information for such purposes as to formulate human resources policies, planning, organising and controlling personnel activities, decision-making, etc.

Integrated assessment
In the assessment strategy as a whole, evidence must be demonstrated through a variety of options:

The final integrated assessment needs to have the following characteristics:
It should assess the extent to which learners can work as professional administrators, manager, personnel officers and/or entrepreneurs.
It should measure the extent to which learners have integrated the roles and knowledge and skills delivered through the different courses that make up the professional management development programme.
It should also measure the applied competence. Here it should assess whether learners are able to integrate the ability to perform important administrative actions competently. (A practical competence), understanding the theoretical basis for these actions (foundational competence).
