The Role
In this role, SayPro be responsible for your own portfolio of individual donors who have already supported Amnesty International as well as engaging with new prospective donors.
To support the Australian and global movement SayPro;
- Nurture relationships with donors cultivation, stewardship and solicitation strategies to inspire them to give generously
- Support the planning, development and implementation of annual and long-term strategies, including budget and income targets
- Identify prospects, conduct research, and develop fundraising products and materials
- Approach prospects using ethical business development and fundraising strategies
- Work with your international colleagues on global best practice and skill sharing
Skills Required
You have previous inspiring, donors, philanthropists or high-net-worth customers, and have success at securing high value donations, sales or sponsorships. You will have an understanding of ethical engagement and appeals strategies.
Your skills and will also include;
- Understanding of relationship based fundraising, development, sponsorship or sales
- Robust multi-tasking, planning, and creativity skills with an ability to work under pressure
- Displaying an entrepreneurial approach to major donor strategies and achieving success
- High level emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Build and update compelling cases and proposals and support
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand databases
