Planning & Analysis

During the Planning & Analysis phase, the Southern Africa Youth Project team will conduct a supply and training and support needs analysis to identify the specific supplier objectives for each "Division and unit" attending Supply and Training and support (division or unit). Once the goals of each need are received, we can identify the most appropriate collection and training and support approach and elements to include in each supply and training and support needs. The supply and training and support analysis also establish the parameters required to develop the schedule. This ultimately allows us to deliver productDesign In the Design Phase, the supply chain is developed and signed off among the appropriate stakeholders. The primary responsibility for developing the products will be that of the development team, with input from the functional SMEs and other Project and business stakeholders. Another output in this phase is the schedule, which the Southern Africa Youth Project team will develop.

Products Development

The Southern Africa Youth Project team will be responsible for developing the "business process" elements. This will include PowerPoint slides that graphically illustrate the future business process flows. We will also incorporate content from our Change Impact Assessment to educate end-users on how the future processes will impact their respective products. The Southern Africa Youth Project technical team will develop the compliant Supply and Training, and support products and associated masters utilizing LSO and other tools licensed by the Southern Africa Youth Project manager office (Project Manager & Project Administrator) will act as the coordinator to ensure that all Supply and Training and support are integrated appropriately.

Training and Support

The Southern Africa Youth Project development team will be delivering all technical Supply and Training and support products. To ensure that end-users receive "big supply picture supply" Supply and Training and support, the Southern Africa Youth Project team will develop the relevant business process supply and training and support content and content that describes how the future solution impacts end-users in each of their respective roles. In our experience, delivering the business context portion of Supply and Training and support is most effective for business stakeholders. Only they can relate to the end-users as peers, and best explain the context of the future processes about SAICA business practices. As such, we recommend that the Change Agents deliver this portion of Supply and Training and support.Evaluation and SupportBelow is a summary of the activities involved in our supply and training and support approach?

• Coordinate the overall supply and training and support effort by establishing the general schedule of all supply and training and support-related activities, monitoring progress against these activities, compiling and reporting on progress, issues, and risks associated with the supply and training and support effort
• Develop the supply and training and support needs analysis
• Develop the supply and training and support schedule
• Develop all business context supply and training and support materials (i.e., business process flows, change impacts)
• Conduct sessions to prepare the Change Agents to deliver the business portion of collection and training and support
• Attend end-user supply and training and support to play a supportive role in supply and training and support
• Creation and delivery of all communications activities related to supply and training and support
