ELSA quantifies a respondent’s English literacy (and numeracy if required) skills performance, equating the functioning level to that of a mother tongue user .In diagnosing, ELSA shows up an individual’s strengths and weaknesses in an English speaking work / training environ­ment. It is an audio / pencil and paper assessment and takes approximately one and a half hours to perform. It is a group test (20 delegates per session).
