The Regional Program Manager will provide client services support for the supervisory level staff at RST service centers and community engagement coordination across seven service locations (Amarillo, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, RGV and San Antonio). The Regional Program Manager, in close coordination with the Senior Regional Director, is responsible for evaluating program service performance and facilitating systems that support contractual compliance and high quality, client centered service delivery.
Job Duties
- Support supervisors and community engagement coordinators in their roles in the daily operations of RST service centers, ensuring quality service delivery, operational excellence and in accordance with RSTs policies, procedures and all federal, state and local legal requirements
- Provide management support, guidance, leadership, for all supervisors and community engagement coordinators for RST
- Work collaboratively, effectively and productively with RST’s leadership to integrate service center activities and functions across RST
- Work with Supervisors and CECs to identify goals and areas for growth
- Facilitate training and education on areas of management and operational effectiveness
- Support onboarding training for staff hired in areas of responsibility; create and implement training materials
- Provide technical consultation to staff and be readily available for procedure and general management questions
- Work closely with Area Directors and RSTs senior programs staff to develop and maintain systems that ensure consistent, high quality and compliant program service delivery and management.
- Support standards of performance across all sites as related to contract compliance and program implementation
- Assist the Senior Regional Director with all other tasks and projects as directed
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role of a refugee resettlement organization
- Education: Degree from an accredited university in management, humanities, non-profit administration, or public policy or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct clients services
- 1-2 years demonstrated program management experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe)
- Ability to accept professional feedback and constructive criticism
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and thrive in a deadline driven environment
