SayPro Regional Representative for Strategic Partnerships

Description

· Seasoned regional fundraiser with a proven track record for establishing and expanding corporate partnerships, as well as securing strategic partnerships with multinationals in the region across multiple sectors.· Excellent business development leadership skills, as well as proven experience in building and growing dynamic, high-value corporate, non-corporate, and foundation partnerships with an emphasis on countries.· Deep understanding and knowledge of the regional corporate, private, and foundation philanthropic landscape and established contacts or identified entry points especially in targeted countries and others when needed.· Exceptional communication skills (oral & written) in English and Arabic, with the ability to adapt cross-cultural communications to targeted audiences. Language capacities will be assessed during the interview process.· Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively represent the organization to external donors using marketing and persuasive speaking skills.· Proven experience in developing, negotiating, and managing grant and contract agreements with potential donors, as well as experience negotiating sub-grants and/or sub-contracts with implementing organizations.· Experience supporting the development of written and online content, including, but not limited to, social media posts, electronic newsletters, and success stories targeting donors, as well as country capacity briefs and a wide range of marketing materials to increase organizational visibility and for specific grant and proposal development.· Ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals and develop targeted marketing material.· Experience effectively coordinating with a large group of stakeholders, including local partners and community-based organizations, country office and headquarters staff, international partners, donors and internal/external technical advisors or specialists.· Experience leading and/or contributing to proposal development and preparing assessment reports.· Demonstrated success in contributing to successfully funded proposals to bilateral and multilateral donors, and corporate and private foundations.· Experience with conceptual frameworks such as log frames and other similar tools for project design and monitoring.· Knowledge of Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning systems, methods, and tools within the context of development programs.· Strong time management skills: self-starter with ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.· Ability to travel up to 35-40% of her/his time, including travel to potentially adverse conditions and/or disaster zones.· Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to international development, or equivalent job experience.· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in successfully establishing strategic partnerships and developing of high-quality proposals in Middle East countries.· Familiarity with at least one or more of SayPro ’s major operational areas including emergency response/humanitarian assistance, agriculture, health, WASH, PSS, Shelter, Early Recovery, cash programming, livelihoods, and food security.· Commitment to SayPro ’s core values and ability to model those values in relationships with colleagues and other partnersB. Optional skills preferred for this position· Knowledge of budgeting, budget variance analysis, and non-profit finance functions.· Experience with gender gap analysis and gender integration in development projects.· Experience working in a diverse multi-national workforce.· Experience in designing and facilitating training sessions for diverse multi-cultural audiences.· Experience working with remote teams.· Direct experience with Government assistance regulations additional knowledge of acquisition regulations and UN, EU a plus.
