Description
- Review current training materials offered by the Journalist Security Fellowship program;
- Collaborate with the project team to clearly define scenario-based training objectives and content delivery methods;
- Facilitate training modules introducing scenario-based training during a content sprint with a select group of journalists;
- Advise journalists as they design a series of scenario-based training, such as tabletop exercises or role-playing simulations of potential digital attacks (during the content sprint);
- Join a debrief during the community review process of the aforementioned scenarios, during which journalists will incorporate feedback and revisions;
- In all activities, demonstrate understanding of and commitment to upholding Core Values.
