SayPro We offer volunteer positions, as the community centre simply is not funded well enough to pay full salaries. We can offer a small salary to teachers if they cannot come on a volunteer basis. That said, teachers can live on-site and get food on-site, so living expenses are covered. Teachers are given the opportunity to have on-site Braille training and training to educate blind young people and youths. They are challenged to think outside of the box and encouraged to incorporate tactile learning aids into the activity room. Since we are not a government community centre, teachers can take their sessions off-site for learning.
