Job Description
Core SayPro: Plan, manage, implement and evaluate systems and services related to financial practices, to ensure compliance with accounting practices, Local Government Acts and overall Finance Strategy Communicate a meaningful operational context that promotes the implementation of best practice, operational efficiency and client service delivery Contribute to the development and implementation of an operational strategy for the business area in alignment with the divisional objectives Manage a functional unit within a division that is accountable for the delivery of set objectives within specified time frames and costs Perform all administration and accounting duties in respect of internal and external grant funding Render financial support to during the compilation of the annual and adjustment budgets and grant related matter during the year Ensure governance and risk management Provide Customer Service Orientation and direct and develop People Management Allocate transfer deposits and reconcile all bank balances Budget monitoring Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BCom Accounting or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification MFMA Certification will be an 3 years’ in a similar environment
