Companies should not treat mothers any differently than anyone else and should respect their decision to take a maternity leave, says a recent survey. The sayPro study was conducted on parents in the US, who were asked about their experience at work post-childbirth.
According to the results, over 80% of the moms said they experienced being treated equally at work. Others said they felt more valued as employees when they came back after maternity leave.
