Minimum Requirements • Fitter/Fitter & Turner Trade Qualification • Equivalent Fitter Qualification registered and recognised by the Government of RSA Experience: • 2 Year’s relevant Post Qualification Skills and Competencies Skills: • Good Fitting Skills • Good Communication Skills • Good Interpersonal Skills • Proficient in the use of Basic Hand Tools • Basic Planning Skills • Knowledge in use of different Tools and Equipment • Computer Literacy Knowledge: • Ability to use Mechanical Measuring Equipment • Ability to read and Interpret Component Drawings and Tolerances • Ability to maintain a high-Quality Standard of Work • Familiar with the OSHACT 85 of 1993 • Basic knowledge of Quality Systems Attributes: • Attention to Detail • Good Customer Relations • Innovative • Able to Work Under Pressure • Honest and Reliable • Adaptability to Change • Able to Work in a TEAM • Problem Solving • Ability to work Independently and to Communicate at all Levels • Meet Set Deadlines Key SayPro: • Production • Safety • Training
