Can maintain confidentiality (high level). Planning and organising skills. Computer literacy. High level of accuracy and attention to detail skills. Responsibilities: Drafting minutes and Board reports. Compilation of meeting packs and maintaining ageing registers and records, and assisting in preparing and monitoring the budgets. Provision of general administrative support to the Board Secretary. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
