SayProThe Profile Manager (PM)/Career Manager (CM) is hierarchically accountable to the Head of Recruitment, Development, and Pool Manager and aims at contributing to developing the necessary professionals to support OCBA needs in terms of international positions in the short, mid and long term.

The position is placed within HR that it’s divided into 3 main units: Learning and Development, Staff Health, Safety and Support, and Onboarding and Deployment.
