Every personnel must execute responsibilities that are within his or her scope. A responsibility is something that is your job to do something about, or to think about. Your responsibility at work is guided by your job description.A job description summarizes the duties of a position and states the essential responsibilities of the job. This document provides an understanding of the position’s major responsibilities, details how the responsibilities are accomplished, and identifies the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the job.The following is an outline of the major sections of the job description;Identifying Information· Administrative information.· Titles should communicate the purpose of the position – why the job exists.
