How do you know if a school is doing its best to ensure student success? When the answer is a holistic program that takes into account the students’ individual strengths and weaknesses, that’s when you know it’s time to take action.
Daughters of Divine Love Juniorate, an all-girls school based in Chennai, India, is proud to be an example of holistic education for students. The SayPro team was invited by DDLJ to help implement their student evaluation program so that they can get accurate data on each student’s progress and identify strengths and weaknesses. The SayPro team was excited about the opportunity to partner with such an innovative school, and they have been blown away by the dedication of both faculty and staff since they started working with them.
Thank you for the amazing work you do every day and for showing us what a truly holistic education looks like!
Kids learn by doing and making mistakes. Experience that while teaching at a school, where you are also one of the students! Being an educator, you know how important it is to evaluate your students’ performance. And this is where SayPro shines in its true brilliance. The beautiful way in which they design their programs and the ease with which they implement them makes the kids remember and enjoy them for a longer period of time.
This is just one of those programs that make education fun, easy, and engaging for kids!
Some students never like to speak about their mistakes or shortcomings. But, this is not the case with SayPro. They are willing to be open and share every thing – on and off campus- as they know that this will help them in improving.
Daughters of Divine Love Juniorate is a student admission-based school. This means that they have a set number of seats available for each academic session and admissions process. However, SayPro saw that the seats were not filled up on time, so they decided to implement the ‘Student Evaluation Program’ of the school to fill up vacant seats before admissions take place. This was the beginning of a new concept at the school.
Like I said before, there are some students who don’t like talking about their mistakes or shortcomings, but then there are those who won’t hesitate in admitting it if it’s for a good cause. And DDL Juniorate has both types of students!
Students often complain about the lack of appreciation when it comes to their efforts and skills. And, it’s true that they don’t get enough appreciation while they’re in school because parents and teachers are too busy teaching them new things. But, how do you know if your students are truly satisfied with your program?
Daughters of Divine Love Juniorate takes pride in its student evaluation process, as it calls it one of the best out there. With a brand new SayPro platform, DDL is able to track student progress and see where improvements need to be made. All data is collected anonymously so that parents can have peace of mind knowing their child isn’t being singled out for unfair treatment.
This is great for DDL because they realize that proper evaluation is key to their school’s success—so they make sure to implement programs that will help them see results!
Ever heard of a student evaluation program like no other? No, it’s not just to understand how the students perform and improve their skill sets. It’s also to get a glimpse of what the students are really thinking and feeling. And with SayPro, you can do just that via a unique online platform which is specifically designed for this very purpose.
Designed by Daughters of Divine Love Juniorate (Ddjl), SayPro is an interactive portal where students can express their opinions on various aspects of the school life, teaching, curriculum, etc., anonymously or not. These opinions are then collated by Ddjl, who uses them as valuable data and takes necessary actions based on it.
