In a world where young girls are often given shortcuts and easy ways to success, one project aims at empowering them through training, consulting and advisory. SayPro Diepsloot Youth Project is all about empowering women through these three avenues. The project was founded by Thandiswa Nxelle in 2015 and has since expanded to many other cities in Africa. Through its various programs, SayPro aims at enriching the lives of women so that they can stand on equal footing with men.
SayPro is one of the most reputed organizations in South Africa that has been providing quality training and consulting services for more than 25 years. They offer a wide range of services, from project management to advisory. Project management is their forte, and they pride themselves on delivering high-quality results.
The SayPro Diepsloot Youth Project was founded by a group of young entrepreneurs with a goal to empower the youth and instill employable skills in them. They were thrilled when they got the opportunity to partner with SayPro, which not only has vast experience but also brings in expertise that can be very beneficial to the youth.
SayPro Diepsloot Youth Project is an NGO working in Nxele ward of Mthunzini. The organisation has been around for nearly 20 years, and has been actively involved in providing quality education to the underprivileged children of the ward. They have also been assisting them from a pre-school age until they finish matric.
The youth programme, on which Ms Thandiswa Nxele is an expert, is currently underway. This project will utilise SayPro’s consulting services to offer guidance on how to improve the quality of education and management of your wards. Besides this consulting programme, SayPro is also offering advisory services on various issues that are related to running a nonprofit organization effectively. Under Ms Ngwenya’s leadership, SayPro Diepsloot Youth Project has reached new heights with more volunteers being trained and sent out into the community to bring about change.
Youth schooling and employment are all the time linked with each other. The SayPro Diepsloot Youth Project aims at providing matric learners with a holistic education that includes training and consulting services, advisory, and research.
The education provided by the SayPro Diepsloot Youth Project is much needed in the current educational system where safety is compromised due to lack of central control. The project has engaged over 700 learners thus far and is set to grow exponentially in years to come.
Youth unemployment is at an all-time high in South Africa, with the youth participation rate dropping continuously over the last 20 years. Diepsloot Youth Project seeks to change that. By providing entrepreneurs with business training, consulting, and advisory services, the project aims to empower young people and create more jobs for them.
SayPro is proud to partner with this great cause and help educate these matric learners on how business works. We can think of no better way to spend a Saturday morning than getting some pointers from Thandiswa on how she runs SayPro!
