Good understanding of clients (customers) within the operational unit (province). – Advance practical knowledge of Primary Health Care. – Good understanding of Eskoms policies and procedures, Eskom Stated Benefits, Eskom Pension and Provident Fund, Employee Equity classification (people with disability), and social security claims (COIDA). – Good understanding of PFMA. – Advance knowledge of SAP EHS. – Lifestyle Management including HIV/AIDS and TB in the workplace. – Management of sickness, absenteeism, and medically incapacitated employees – Management of Wellness service provider contracts, including eligibility requirements, performance, standards, budget, limitations, the scope of service, and strengths and weaknesses of the service provider. – Good understanding of how the Medical Aid Scheme Chronic Disease Management program functions. Management of the operational outputs of the health centers (Clinics) within the operational unit. Ensure the development and implementation of the occupational health medical surveillance program according to OREP and primary health care delivery across all health centers within the operating unit. Monitor and oversee that all cases are prepared and coordinated for medical boarding, incapacity, or for disability assessment purposes. Provide advisory, consultative, and special functions to all stakeholders (HRBP) receiving services from the health centers within the operational unit. Ensure data integrity and all recording and reporting of all activities of the health centers on SAP EHS systems within the operating unit
