Are you confident and articulate with excellent operational, finance and organisational skills? Belong – The Cohesion and Integration Network are looking for an Operations and Finance Manager. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone interested in fostering stronger social connections, trust and cohesion across the UK. There will be lots of opportunities for you to take leadership on developing Belong’s infrastructure and systems as we prepare to build on the solid foundations established in our first three years as a charity. You will work closely with the CEO, the Belong team and Belong’s pool of expert associates as well as Belong’s varied membership. This is a key role in our small, busy team that will lead on ensuring the smooth running of all of Belong operations and finances, and that systems and processes are in place to provide an excellent service to members and to support growth. This role will also work closely with the CEO and the board of trustees to support effective governance and financial management. You will demonstrate a genuine commitment to the organisation’s growth and success and for building a more integrated and less divided society. This is your chance to make a real difference to integration and cohesion across the UK. We are a small, friendly and welcoming team and operate a flexible and hybrid working model with members of the team working from home but with regular office and team days . We really value having our home in the north; our office is in Manchester’s vibrant northern quarter and if you are based in the north too that would be a real bonus!
