Job Description

Applicants must be in possession of a: Grade 12 with 5 years’ administrative ; Code B Driver’s License; MS Office Suite; Good communication skills in two of the three official Western Cape languages (read, write & speak); Good human relations and interpersonal; High level of responsibility; Ability to work under pressure; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Ability to work within conflict situations; Must be willing to work long and irregular hours; Must be physically fit and healthy; adhere to strict deadlines. Must at all times maintain a professional public image in line with the values and principles of the office of the Executive Mayor. SayPro will entail: Professional and effective administrative, secretarial, political and councillor support; Assist public with general enquiries
