Job Description

Minimum Requirements Qualification(s): • Course in Project management • At least S4 Mechanical Engineering and a relevant planning qualification and Project management qualification. Experience: • 3 years Production and Project Planning/MRP/MSP/Primavera experience and • 3 years’ experience on Valves or related plant including project management Skills and Competencies Skills: • Sound interpersonal, organisational and communication skills • Computer literate in Ms Office (Projects, Excel, Power Point), SAP and Primavera • Prepare totally integrated project plans and estimates with resources for projects • Compilation of schedules and project costing • Control and monitor projects plan on site during project execution • Report to relevant parties on project performance/progress • Review project plan at completion of project and recommended changes for future projects planning, compile benchmarking reports Knowledge: • The application of relevant TGS Process associated with all documented activities • Performance management • Industrial relations • Fully computer literate (MS Office and SAP), MS Projects and Primavera • Knowledgeable of the PMBOK principles Attributes: • Above average interpersonal, communication and leadership skills • Must be able to work independently • Be able to work under pressure • Analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly • A strong personal commitment to safety Key Responsibilities: • Manage and control projects planning • Develop and maintains project’s structure • Performs financial activities • Manage post contract review • Maintain safety policies and procedures and SHEQ responsibilities

Required skills
