SayPro Programme Administrator to Civil Rights Defenders in Tbilisi

About the role As Program Administrator you will work closely with the Department Director and EURASIA Programme Officers to manage the grants for the South Caucasus and Central Asia region. Your main responsibility will be to give input and assess partners reporting and provide support in auditing as well as other programmatic support. The Programme Administrator reports to the EURASIA Department Director. The role offers great variety, including work tasks such as: Assisting in evaluating and reporting of the grant Assisting in tracking programme budgets Manage the administrative part of the grants Supporting the auditing process Maintain regular communication with the partners and give feedback on the grant’s management Overseeing the following office facilities: equipment, inventory, purchases and office cleanliness Procuring office equipment and services Managing logistics for seminars, workshops and project-organised public events including printing, facilities, trainee logistics, banners, signage etc. Liaising with government agencies on customs, visa, and other administrative issues Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Department Director and programme staff, and that are consistent with the duties of a project administrator. To be suitable for this position you have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance At least one year of working experience with human rights Documented experience of work in the NGO sector, and/or advocacy work Experience in working with budgets, grants, audits and/or financial reporting Fluency in English, Georgian and Russian Strong IT skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word About the employment This is a full-time permanent employment with 6 months probationary employment, starting in November 2022 or according to agreement.
