SayPro Project Manager
The Organisation Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. We support children’s rights from birth until they reach adulthood. And we enable children to prepare for – and respond to – crises and adversity. We drive changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach, experience and knowledge. We have been building powerful partnerships for children for over 85 years and are now active in more than 75 countries. The Role The conflict in Ukraine has resulted in a major humanitarian crisis. Over 5 million people have fled to neighbouring countries, and millions are displaced within Ukraine. Plan International is responding to the crisis and working in partnership with civil society organisations in Poland, Romania, and Moldova to meet the needs of those affected by the crisis as well as host communities. Plan International has been operating in Poland for the past 6 months and has established partnerships with civil society organisations, ensuring national actors are equipped with technical support, best practices and flexible resources, with a primary thematic focus on Child Protection, Education and Mental Health & Psychosocial Support. We’re recruiting a Project Manager to work with institutional donors to design, launch, monitor and review multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget. You’ll be working closely with Plan’s technical advisors to ensure relevant support is provided. If you'd like to join the Plan International response and make an impact on women and children affected by the Ukraine Crisis, we can't wait to hear from you. Plan International believes that in a world where children face so many threats of harm, it is our duty to ensure that we, as an organisation, do everything we can to keep children safe.
