SayPro Psychological Services and Career Development (PsyCaD) offers a broad spectrum of psychological and educational services to children, adolescents, students and staff to enhance their psychological fitness to manage personal life challenges and increase productivity and optimise their performance. Services include Individual, couple, family and group counselling, trauma counselling, psychological and educational assessments, career counselling and development services. SayPro is responsible for providing basic assessment, psychological and career development interventions to clients of PsyCaD towards personal, academic and career success while adhering to professional, institutional, and national legislation, policies and guidelines. Monitor residence students daily early identification system of at-risk students in place. This will imply close collaboration with Residence Wardens and Managers. Monitoring residence students who are non-compliant with treatment for mental health problems. The psychologist’s responsibility is to monitor these students and make recommendations regarding their accommodation and formulate policies for the management of these types of cases. Assess and monitor returning students who left or were expelled from the residence due to mental health inductions. The Psychologist will be responsible for assessing the mental state of these returning students and making recommendations in terms of fit to return to residence. If the student is permitted to return, the professional will monitor the student closely. The Psychologist will also be responsible for residence liaison, sending and coordinating workshops, and conducting interventions on request from the residents. They will also be liable for distributing all marketing material/posters/tips / etc. to all places, including POSAs
