SayPro Refugee and Immigrant Services Quality Assurance Coordination

SayPro conducts exit interviews with resettlement clients to ensure proper completion of core services and ongoing connections to resources that expedite client community integration.· Ensure accurate and complete case file documentation through file audits, case note reviews, and case managers’ coordination.· Complete accurate and timely case file reports and serve as the program’s liaison with national partners on case file documentation and reporting requirements.· Implement the Department’s Policy on Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) by conducting focus groups and client surveys, and other techniques that elevate client voices and increase opportunities for beneficiary feedback.· In collaboration with the Resettlement Program Manager and the Case Work Supervisor, train and support program staff to ensure appropriate and timely service delivery and documentation that complies with the contract and Department requirements.· Collaborate with the Resettlement Program Manager and other staff to ensure efficient and appropriate care coordination within the resettlement team and across the programming.· In collaboration with Program and Department leadership, analyse service delivery data, program outcomes and client feedback to guide strategic decisions.· Complete program reporting as needed by agency and funders.
