We know the US-Tanzania relationship is an important one to you. That’s why we’re excited to announce the Midterm Performance Evaluation of the USAID Tuberculosis Local Organizations Network (TB-LON). This program has been a vital part of our efforts in fighting tuberculosis in Tanzania, and we’re committed to seeing it through until its end. We have seen great results as a result of this program, and now it’s time for us to celebrate those successes! SayPro is an organization that inspires others to take action and commit their time and resources to ending tuberculosis (TB) in communities around the world. The SayPro Team Leader USAID TB-LON program provides training and mentorship for volunteers who are committed to improving TB control in local organizations across Regions 1, 2 and 3 by providing technical support and management expertise.

The SayPro team was established with a goal in mind: to help eliminate the disease once and for all through grassroots efforts. It’s not an easy task, but there are many like you who are doing their part!

Saypro is a new way to empower people living with TB. By providing them with access to the best possible healthcare and treatment, we are helping them live longer, more comfortable lives. Our network of local organizations throughout USAID Regions 1 through 3 has made a real difference in the lives of thousands of people suffering from this disease. We understand that getting diagnosed can be a frightening prospect for those who have never experienced it before, and that uncertainty about the future is one of the biggest challenges they face. This is why we are committed to providing resources and support so that communities can take an active role in their own health management. By working side-by-side with local organizations on the ground, our team members have been able to develop lasting relationships with patients and their families that will continue long after we leave their community. And because we know firsthand how much it matters when you feel informed and empowered, every member of our team receives one-on-one training from experts on both TB and HIV/AIDS treatment before they get started on their assignment.
