SayPro provides participants with an opportunity to learn new skills and apply them in a diverse field. The program teaches participants everything from soft skills to hard skills and helps them gain confidence so they can find employment in their desired field.
Participants are complemented by volunteer mentors who provide guidance throughout the process and help them find new opportunities once they graduate from the program.

The program is divided into three parts: a Reach For Success program, an internship program, and training programs. In this Reach For Success part, there are 9 key points that companies from all industries need to follow to ensure success. These include creating an open-minded environment, developing strong communication skills, encouraging expression, etc.
In the intern/trainee program, you have an intern/trainee who’s being mentored by someone from the same team. This provides an opportunity for integration between mentees and mentors at a quick pace, thereby improving productivity and employee engagement at the workplace.
