**SayPro towards a greater gender parity

Gender parity is an important issue today that deserves to be taken seriously. The statistics are surely showing that we are gradually closing the gap between men and women in various fields, but it has been slowest in the field of startups.

SayPro believes in gender parity and is striving towards a greater vision of where men and women can excel equally. With a team of 10% women across all departments, SayPro is making an impact on the world with innovative ideas and solutions. We believe that by bringing forth these ideas, we can empower others to voice their opinions and make a change. This also helps us grow as a team, making us stronger every day. We look forward to further empowering women through our work!

Gender equality is still a distant dream for us. It seems like it will take another 100 years or so before we reach that stage. To speed up the progress, SayPro has created an initiative which helps women in getting maximum opportunities to climb up the corporate ladder. This initiative has been launched by our CEO Anup Sodhi, who believes that gender parity can be achieved through equal opportunities and not equal treatment of sexes.

While he was walking down the aisle of the company’s office on his first day, he saw a woman working on her laptop in one corner of the room. He asked her about it and was shocked when she told him she had applied for a job online last night and had been waiting for a call till then.

Gender equality is a long-standing dream, but it’s a dream that is slowly becoming a reality. With more females entering the workforce and earning higher education degrees, we’re seeing them gaining more and more prominence in our society. And that’s why we, at SayPro, are all ears when it comes to the changing dynamics in order to make the world a better place for women.

We call this change ‘Greater Gender Parity’, and we’re committed towards making it a reality by holding events like Ladies’ Day on February 10th to showcase the power of women and encourage them to join us in our fight for gender equality.

Gender parity is not just a nice-to-have in the corporate world but an essential requirement of modern day functioning. At present, women make up only 24% of the total workforce globally, and in India that number is just 14%. Women are found wanting in every field, from politics to business. So why wait? Begin working towards gender parity today with SayPro.

SayPro is a gender equality initiative launched by global consulting firm Grant Thornton’s India arm in partnership with Infosys Foundation. The initiative aims to make a social impact by empowering women and creating awareness about diversity management and inclusion. Through international workshops, mentoring programs, and other skills development initiatives, Say Pro aims to change the perception around gender parity and have women feeling equally accepted by society.

Schools are known to be a breeding ground for gender stereotypes and inequality. We believe that education is important for everyone, yet one shouldn’t be dictated by gender. With SayPro’s aim at creating gender parity in schools, we’re changing that.

SayPro is a non-profit organization that promotes gender equality through education and mentorship. Through its youth development program, SayPro equips students with the skills necessary to succeed in college and beyond. Additionally, SayPro conducts workshops on topics like reproductive health and LGBTQIA+ rights, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the issues they face every day.

We believe that all people are deserving of an equal chance at success, and we will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone can achieve their goals.
