There has been a lot of progress made in terms of supporting and empowering youth in KZN. Some of the initiatives that have been put in place include the Youth Empowerment Fund and the African Leadership Awards. The Youth Empowerment Fund was created to provide youth with financial support and access to various resources, such as business incubation and training, in order to empower them and help them break into the job market. The African Leadership Awards are also aimed at recognizing, honoring, and celebrating exceptional young Africans who have made significant contributions to their communities and society as a whole. In addition to these initiatives, the Department of Labour has partnered with various organizations, such as Joburg Economy Forum, UJH Institute of Gender Justice and Youth Law Centre, to provide support and training on various job sectors. Duties and responsibilities
- To meet store sales targets and deliver fantastic customer service whilst effectively planning, organizing and controlling all operations of a retail store in accordance with the Company’s standards and procedures.

Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant business/admin qualification – retail management diploma or degree would be advantageous
