Job Description
Core Responsibilities: Facilitate the development and maintenance of the IRPTN infrastructure functions Oversee and monitor the implementation of IRPTN projects and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and at an acceptable standard Manage, supervise and monitor the roll-out of new IRPTN infrastructure, including lanes and stations within quality, cost and schedule set for the various projects involved. Provide continuous guidance during execution of projects Monitor and control projects progress according to schedules, expenditure and budget Develop, implement and update IRPTN infrastructure provision and maintenance plans Ensue adherence on prescribed quality of work on implemented projects Conduct IRPTN infrastructure related desk-top internal investigations to ensure effective and sufficient technical support Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BSc/ B Eng/ B Tech degree in Civil Engineering Valid driver’s licence 3 years’ experience in construction/ contract/ project management

Job Description
Core Responsibilities: Manage internal BRT processes involved in the implementation of the various projects designed to construct the BRT infrastructure Manage, lead, direct, assist and support constructions teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within budget Design, develop and initiate site-specific safety plan including accident-free safe working environment Oversee liaison with and management of the professional service providers and contractors alike in respect of the projects Ensure that work is implement in accordance with good governance and risk-controlled processes Manage and monitor capital expenditure of various projects and process invoices, and where applicable and applicable take corrective action Compile monthly reports in respect of various projects Qualifications Minimum Requirements: B Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management Registration as Pr. Engineer/ Pr. Engineering Technologist and PrCPM will be an added advantage Valid driver’s license 5 years’ experience in construction and maintenance of roads and building infrastructure/ Engineering Services as a Principal Agent
