Real-life problems that affect young people, and the solutions that can make a difference. Enter SayPro – a youth initiative that aims to make a difference in the lives of young people in KwaZulu-Natal.

The SayPro initiative was created by individuals who recognized the need for change – and they’re doing just that! They’re working hard towards making a difference in the lives of young people in KZN – and we want to be a part of it!

The SayPro team is made up of individuals who grew up and were molded by different cultures, experiences, and ideals. They understand that what’s needed is a change in mindset – one where understanding, compassion, and empathy are cultivated. Young people need more than just awareness; they need actionable steps toward effective improvement.

Young people in KwaZulu-Natal need help. According to the Youth Grant Foundation, approximately 35% of the youth population in the province is facing socio-economic challenges. These young South Africans are trying to make sense of adulthood while working long hours and dealing with financial instability. They’re also dealing with mental health issues and peer pressure. That’s why it’s important for us all to pitch in and help out where we can. Through SayPro, you can do your part by donating a certain amount every month. With this, you’re making a difference in the lives of our youth so that they can pursue their dreams undisturbed.

Improving the quality of life for young people in KwaZulu-Natal is something we should all agree on. It’s one of the greatest privileges that comes along with being a youth in our province, but at the same time it’s an important responsibility. You see, when you’re young you have so much to offer this world, and it’s your duty to use that power wisely. Let’s change the status quo for the better.

SayPro is proud to partner with YOU and stand beside you as you do just that. We believe in supporting and empowering youth from all walks of life, and that includes young people living in KZN who want to make a difference. Together, we can make a difference!

SayPro is a youth development and employment program that works to close the gap between young people in need and available resources. The SayPro approach is holistic, ranging from helping young people find work and build skills to understanding why some young people are not in school or in jobs. With every action and every project, we aim to create sustainable change for our community.

Our team is driven by the belief that everyone has the potential to do great things – no matter their background, gender, or location. We see this potential everyday as we support young leaders who are working hard to make an impact on their communities. Together, we believe that all of us have a role to play in creating a sustainable future for our country.

  • SayPro What are the biggest challenges facing youth in KZN?

The biggest challenges facing youth in KZN are unemployment and poverty. Unemployment is a big issue as it keeps youths from finding meaningful and sustainable work, which reduces their chances of breaking out of poverty and reaching their full potential. In addition to this, poverty is rampant among youths, which makes them vulnerable to crime and violence. This is because they have little money to invest in defensive measures like security cameras or lockers, and they may also turn to crime to make ends meet. Lack of access to education and job opportunities also hampers their chances of achieving success in life. This is because it limits their opportunities to learn new skills, climb the career ladder, and find a way out of poverty. Several initiatives are being undertaken by various groups in order to help youths overcome these challenges. However, more needs to be done in order to see real change.

Youth unemployment is a real challenge in almost every county in South Africa.

But what’s even more worrying is the level of underemployment among them. Stagnant wages, lack of workplace opportunities, and uncertainty about career prospects don’t help matters either. That’s where SayPro comes in.

They’re a not-for-profit organisation that uses technology to solve social problems around the globe. They run programmes like Youth on Track, which teaches young people aged 16-24 about entrepreneurship and employability skills. They also run a Careers 4 Youth initiative that helps young people develop their soft skills so they can find their ideal job or business.

They’re changing the way we think about youth development and employment by offering practical solutions that work – and that’s why we’ve proudly partnered with them so they can help even more youth in our community get back on track!

Youth unemployment. Youth crime. Youth homelessness. Youth suicide. What do they have in common? They’re all on the rise in South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province, according to new research by SayPro, a youth employment initiative supported by the Coca-Cola Foundation and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The SayPro initiative aims to tackle these issues head-on by connecting young people with job opportunities that fit their skills and interests, helping them develop into more confident and independent individuals.

In partnership with Coca-Cola South Africa and UNDP, SayPro is creating new business models that empower youth and provide them with opportunities for sustainable employment. We’re committed to building long-term relationships with businesses who share our vision of empowering youth so that they can realize their full potential.

Youth in South Africa face a number of challenges, the biggest of which is unemployment.

According to 2015 Stats SA Youth Survey, unemployment among youth between 18 and 24 years is estimated at around 27%. This figure is alarming since it indicates that young people are losing their jobs at an alarming rate.

There is also a general lack of awareness regarding available career options and other aspects crucial to ensuring success in the job market. In an effort to address these issues, SayPro has come up with SayPro: Youth Make a Difference. It’s a program that aims to close the gap between young people and businesses by providing resources, expertise, and support that will help youth find their calling in life. That way they can become a driving force for positive change in the community and ensure that our youth have access to quality job opportunities.

Youth in KwaZulu-Natal face numerous challenges, one of them being unemployment. According to the 2014 Youth Unemployment Rate Report, 27% youth in the province is unemployed. This figure represents more than 1 million youth who are either actively looking for work or have given up searching altogether.

We’re changing that! SayPro is a holistic employment program aimed at helping youth in KwaZulu-Natal find meaningful employment. We offer a range of services designed to help youth overcome barriers like lack of workplace experience or education, and develop soft skills that will make them successful employees. With SayPro, you can be sure that each young person who participates will be able to secure a stable career and contribute to their local community.

Youth unemployment is a growing problem in many parts of the world. In South Africa, an estimated 21% of youth are unemployed. That’s approximately 1.5 million people who can’t find a job and are looking for one. With the right kind of support, these young people can rebuild their lives and thrive in their community – that’s why SayPro works on the ground in Kwa-Zulu Natal to help youth get back on their feet.

SayPro is a non-profit organization that offers free classes and workshops to help youth build their resumes, develop confidence, and learn new skills. They also provide access to resources like computer classes, English classes, and life skills training so that these young people can rebuild their lives and become leaders in their communities.

  • SayPro What are the objectives of the KZN Youth Economic Empowerment Programme?

In the pursuit of economic empowerment, youth in KwaZulu-Natal are turning to SayPro. It’s a smart choice for young people who want to get ahead in life, but don’t know where to start.

The Youth Economic Empowerment Programme offers an easy step-by-step approach to help you achieve your goals. Our coaches will teach you how to master important financial skills like saving, budgeting, and investing, so that you can secure your future. Plus, we provide free life education classes that cover topics like health, nutrition, and financial literacy.

SayPro and take the first step toward success today!

We all know that an educated youth is a strong youth. The KZN Youth Economic Empowerment Programme is empowering youth in the province through various programs and initiatives that aim at bridging the education-employment gap.

SayPro was one of these initiatives. With the support of various stakeholders, we aimed at creating awareness on the importance of education and job creation among youth in Kwa-Zulu Natal. The campaign ran for two months, where we estimated to create over 100 million conversations around the theme ‘education’. Our team also partnered with various schools and government departments to run workshops and training sessions on how to engage and influence today’s youth.

By showing them the benefits of acquiring an education, we hope that those who have missed out on this privilege will take notice, change their ways, and work towards making Kwa- Zulu Natal a better place for everyone.

Who needs a job when you can make money doing fun things? Like say,…by making and selling bracelets? That’s what SayPro is all about.

The KZN Youth Economic Empowerment Programme makes it possible for teenagers to earn a living by teaching them how to run their own businesses. They’re provided with the tools they need, including access to financial education resources, computers, and business tools, so they can grow their small businesses into long-term careers.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Siyahl also provides young people with the opportunity to learn new skills that are in demand in today’s economy. There’s no limit on what they can achieve!

One of the biggest challenges faced today by many youth is finding employment. Lack of opportunities and decent salaries have made finding a job an uphill task. The KZN Youth Economic Empowerment Programme aims to change that by helping young people in need find the right path towards career development and financial independence. Along with a comprehensive mentorship programme, the initiative offers valuable training and one-on-one guidance from experienced professionals so that participants can develop their skills and abilities, achieve their full potential and build sustainable careers.

    Says Pro!

The KwaZulu-Natal Youth Economic Empowerment Programme is aimed at facilitating comprehensive youth development in the province. It aims at providing sustainable employment, entrepreneurship and financial mentorship to ensure the prosperity of the youth and their families.

The SayPro initiative is a partnership between government, business, and civil society organisations that seeks to build on these successes. By working together, we can create a future where all young people can reach their full potential.
