Plus spécifiquement, vos missions seront: - Assurer la préparation et planification du démarrage de nouvelles interventions en nutrition et santé (PCIMAS et PCIME) en accord avec la stratégie BHA, les principes et le mandat d'ACF; anticiper et planifier de façon efficace les besoins en ressources humaines, matériels et financières pour le démarrage de l'intervention - Assurer le démarrage de la mise en oeuvre de projets nutrition / santé (PCIMAS et PCIME) ; identifier les besoins en formation et le renforcement des capacités - Encadrer les équipes Santé afin d'optimiser la qualité des prestations de services - Assurer le suivi, l'évaluation et l'établissement de rapports pour ces activités - Assurer la représentation d'ACF au niveau local, y compris la coordination et la collaboration avec d'autres acteurs VOTRE PROFIL Vous avez une formation en Nutrition/Santé ou un domaine connexe (infirmier, médecin, sage-femme, Master en santé publique), et disposez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet (incluant le suivi budgétaire et l'évaluation des besoins) dans l'humanitaire et dans un contexte complexe. In addition, PUI works on the fight against malnutrition, support to primary and reproductive health services (supply of inputs and nutrition, medical equipment), maintenance and rehabilitation of health centres (including sanitary infrastructures), training of medical staff, etc. Today, the mission consists of 4 projects.  What about the Health and Nutrition Project Manager - Mokha ?  As Health and Nutrition Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and supervision of all Health and Nutrition activities in the project, and manage PUI’s human and financial resources dedicated to the Health activities.  For this purpose, you will be responsible for :  Programs: You will ensure qualitative implementation and monitoring of health program(s) falling under your responsibility, while respecting PUI’s health policy and intervention framework, and applying the key principles of protection mainstreaming.  Human Resources: You will supervise the Health Team (PUI salaried employees and, as the case may be, daily paid workers).  Logistics and Administration: You will ensure compliance of activities falling under your responsibility with logistical and administrative procedures.     SayProProject Planning

    • Develop overall project implementation strategy, systems, approaches, tools, and materials
    • Organize project kick-off and close-out meetings
    • Plan the various stages of project implementation and set direction by prioritizing and organizing activities and resources to achieve project objectives

     Project Implementation Follow-up

    • Oversee and manage the implementation of the project ensuring that technical quality and standards are considered and respected during project(s) implementation
    • Organize regular project coordination meetings with the project team
    • Ensure budget utilization and physical target achievements are reviewed at least once a month as per the work plan
    • Anticipate and mitigate risks and trouble-shoot any unforeseen challenges during the project implementation

    External Relations

    • Support, facilitate, or undertake communication and liaison activities to actively consult and involve beneficiaries, key informants, actors, partners, and stakeholders in all stages of project design and implementation
    • Cultivate good relations with key humanitarian actors – local and international, including government authorities and non-state actors, through regular attendance at technical meetings and bilateral meetings

  • SayPro Nutrition Program Management —

    SayPro

     

    • Oversee project implementation to ensure timely delivery of BMS
    • Provide line management support to the nutrition officers
    • Manage health and nutrition program budget including OFDA, DEC budget, and other donor funding to ensure program budget spend according to to Save the Children protocols and donor regulations.
    • Ensure monthly VBA reviews are done and expenditures are checked according to the initial plan, and all program-related expenditures are charged and coded correctly.
    • Manage budget revisions and contribute to new proposals and program amendments
    • Lead the team to prepare timely program and donor reports on project activities in compliance with internal SC requirements and any relevant external donor requirements.
    • Work with the nutrition staff, identify program supplies needs and coordinate with the logistics team.
    • Work with the MEAL team to ensure that the required data is collected, reported, and utilized for decision-making.
    • Work with the MEAL team to ensure that field staff have the capacity and support to carry out the tasks.
    • To ensure that the minimum standards of humanitarian relief are maintained by the Sphere Charter and Red Cross Code of Conduct.
    • To ensure integration and the links between health programs and nutrition, WASH, Protection, and shelter.
    • Contribute to communications and media work as required
