Skills RequiredYou are an experienced philanthropy manager with a track record of successfully cultivating six-and seven-figure gifts from major donors in Asia Pacific and you have a broad understanding of local Singaporean giving culture. You are highly motivated to influence the APAC roadmap for sustainable proteins and you have demonstrated your ability to persuasively make the case for support to existing and new stakeholders. You have a talent and passion for building long-lasting relationships with supporters and you understand the art and science of fundraising. You will also bring:
- Conscientiousness in recording and tracking donor interactions.
- Comfort working remotely in a small, growing, and evolving organisation.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility to drive outcomes and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel in APAC when the COVID-19 situation allows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Chinese or any other Asian language would be an advantage.
