  • SayPro Relationship Management —

    SayProThis is an opportunity to work within a cross-functional team geared toward building a thriving community of practice. The Relationship Manager will identify potential technical partners and recruit technical partners. They will engage directly with technical partners to find out their priority needs and identify opportunities for their growth within the community. They will also support technical partners in addressing any challengesThe Relationship Manager will share insights across different functional teams and point out gaps and opportunities to work better together. This role will report to the Head of Community.

    • Foster robust, long term relationships with existing technical partners and strategic community members.
    • Manage onboarding and accompaniment of technical partner projects in collaboration with the Programs team. Ensure successful capacity building of technical partners and guide them to successful deployments.
    • Document and publish learnings from technical partner deployments that will help improve recruitment, onboarding and accompaniment of future technical partners for successful deployments.
    • Identify global opportunities to match technical partners with implementers. Work with the Programs team to match technical partners with implementers in key geographies with direct implementations.
    • Support key communications and activities with technical partners including planning and facilitation of community engagement call with technical partners.
    • Support in internal and external communications of community team activities including supporting the External Affairs team in developing quarterly and annual reports.

    • Proactively identify and recruit potential technical partners aligned to the CHT mission and vision, and partner with the Programs team to support key country implementations.
    • Manage onboarding and accompaniment of technical partner projects in collaboration with the Programs team.
    • Ensure successful capacity building of technical partners and guide them to successful deployments.
    • Document and publish learnings from technical partner deployments that will help improve recruitment, onboarding, and accompaniment of future technical partners for successful deployments.
    • Identify global opportunities to match technical partners with implementers. Work with the Programs team to match technical partners with implementers in key geographies with direct implementations.
    • Support key communications and activities with technical partners including planning and facilitation of community engagement call with technical partners.
    • Identify effective strategies and initiatives to engage, and grow a thriving CHT community to scale our impact, and work collaboratively with the right teammates to implement these strategies.
    • Support in internal and external communications of community team activities including supporting the External Affairs team in developing quarterly and annual reports.

    Skills Knowledge and Expertise

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely in French and English.
    • Good understanding of technology preferably with experience developing software applications.
    • Good understanding of public health.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and continued role evolution based on the needs of the community.
    • Proven track record managing medium to large-scale tech projects.

    Additional Skills:

    • Ability to adapt to an evolving community strategy and quickly spot opportunities that come with it.
    • Ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed.
    • Ability to work well with different roles and communicate ideas across different teams effectively.
