     ROLE PURPOSE The Automated Sponsorship Information System (ASISt) Support Analyst role provides support to those countries operating the ASISt system to ensure a smooth operation of ASISt so that the Sponsorship team will be able to meet all sponsorship-related objectives and maintain an accurate child information in their country offices. Acting as a key liaison between SCI and SC US the role holder is responsible for working with the Country Office ASISt staff to maintain the sponsorship database in ASISt. This entails supervising all ASISt-related technical activities and providing technical support to sponsorship countries and feeding back Bugs to SC US QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Essential: University degree in any relevant field. Minimum of three years' experience in Management Information System. Proficiency in database management system including MS Access and SQL server Strong knowledge of windows operating system for both clients and servers and experienced in remote management and support. Experience of solving complex business and technical issues through trouble shooting and analysis, driving through to resolution. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex technical and non-technical information in a succinct and compelling manner to all levels of seniority. Ability to work on own initiative to build on and develop the role, combined with the ability to work effectively as part of a team Able to adapt to different working hours and interact with people from different cultural and geographical backgrounds.   • SayPro Community Sponsorship Coordinator

     Job Overview: The Community Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a shared community co-sponsorship model for humanitarian entrant populations, including refugees, asylum seekers, asylees and others. The Coordinator will build, implement, and refine IRC’s local Community Sponsorship programming in accordance with current and emerging best practices, collaborating closely with all stakeholders for the benefit of IRC clients and communities and ensuring compliance with required activities. Major Responsibilities: Outreach and Community Education Reach out to and educate community groups, faith-based organizations, and businesses about community sponsorship and its benefits, for both sponsors and the populations served, through presentations, newsletters, social media, and direct outreach Coordinate and facilitate outreach events Advocate for and promote awareness of refugee populations to promote community acceptance Represent IRC and CWS in co-sponsorship forums as necessary Track and manage in-kind donations Implementation Recruit and train community sponsorship groups (co-sponsors) and facilitate appropriate matches with newly arrived refugee families and individuals. Conduct necessary screening for co-sponsors and develop a process for matching co-sponsors to families/individuals Ensure co-sponsors and those served have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities within the program; provide ongoing clarification as needed Develop and facilitate co-sponsorship training opportunities, including racial equity and diversity training to be provided to community groups. Work with existing community sponsorship groups to identify best practices for training. Ensure provision of all core reception and placement services in accordance with the cooperative agreement in close collaboration with the co-sponsor group and IRC and partner agency colleagues. This may include providing services directly if co-sponsors are unavailable or as otherwise required by the cooperative agreement Ensure that all electronic and hard case files and databases are maintained accurately and timely, in accordance with program requirements Assess and monitor client progress to support their attainment of established goals, to address challenges, and to ensure that available resources are utilized. Keep detailed records and manage data for tracking goals and grant reporting purposes to ensure that grant requirements are met and program activities are compliant and allowable Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and participant feedback to improve outcomes Ensure provision of appropriate interpretation Program Design Contextualize the local program design in accordance with general best practices and donor requirements and through engagement with the broader sponsorship ecosystem Support frequent and effective communication across staff of two resettlement agencies and co-sponsor groups Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Combination of education and experience normally represented by a bachelor’s degree in social work or human service field Minimum of three years of related, progressively responsible professional experience Minimum of two years of experience working with diverse clients in a non-profit setting; previous experience working with refugees preferred Experience in project or program management, including experience meeting deadlines, maintaining case files, and completing timely reporting Comfort with establishing relationships and collaborating with national organizations and businesses Ability to work effectively in an environment that is multi-cultural and multi-lingual; experience using interpreters desired Highly effective communication skills, demonstrating strong partnership skills, emotional intelligence, and situational awareness Highly adaptable and flexible self-starter with ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a demanding work environment Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Fluency in English; written and spoken Working Environment:** Standard office working environment with regular local travel within the service delivery area May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.     • Oversee a WVUS sponsorship portfolio to ensure national office fiduciary compliance with the sponsorship promise and industry standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
      • Review and approve designs for community engagement and sponsorship plans and multi-year area program plans.
      • Review and approval of program start-up and transition decisions.
      • Review and approval of strategic sponsorship reserves utilization within the respective portfolios.
      • Represent to field partners WVUS’ position on program impact expectations and donor requirements.
    • Operationalize WVUS’ multi-year sponsorship funding strategies and allocations within the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
      • Manage the portfolio’s multi-year sponsorship investment and registered children plan, allocation, and transitions according to WVUS’ funding and allocation strategy.
      • Represent and communicate WVUS’ design/monitoring/evaluation expectations and processes affecting sponsorship investment decisions.
      • Obtain portfolio-level learning and synthesis/analysis from the program’s progress and evaluation reports to inform portfolio-level decisions and directions
      • Obtain from the WVUS/IPG Finance Team regular analysis on the use of sponsorship resources to monitor performance and inform future allocations.
      • Monitor WVUS’ ability to fulfill multi-year field commitment, and identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Partner with WVUS’ representation in relevant Strategy Support Team mechanisms to ensure portfolio support and investment discussion are in alignment with WVUS’ sponsorship program focus and funding strategy.
    • Provide support to sponsorship revenue generation activities respective to the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
      • Ensure timely communication with appropriate internal teams and relevant stakeholders regarding major risks related to the portfolio.
      • Identification of portfolio-related opportunities.
    • As assigned, provide a leadership role within the team in one of the following sponsorship portfolio management aspects:
      • Global sponsorship funding strategy, allocation, and operationalization.
      • Standardized fiduciary compliance and portfolio oversight.
      • Sponsorship revenue generation support and influencing global policy/guidance.
    • Collaborate with appropriate IPG teams supporting the same field portfolio to ensure consistent WVUS positioning and integrated support for optimum ministry impact.
    • Provide onboarding support and ongoing capacity-building program management and pre-positioning to colleagues and teammates.
    • Conduct appropriate and useful field visits to assist the office, ensuring communication and coordination with appropriate staff members.
    • Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team.
    • Keep informed of organizational announcements, activities, and changes via a regular reading of the WVUS Intranet and other corporate communication tools.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
