JOB DESCRIPTION

   » Analyze on market situation and competitor activities
   » Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to sales activities
   » Participate in strategic marketing planning by analyzing business, competitors and market situations.
   » Plan, Organize, Implement, and Control all marketing functions such as new product launch plan, set up pricing according to price structure, develop and implement trade and consumer promotions. 
   » Plan, develop and execute support marketing communication campaigns and programs aligned with strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives with acquired budget and control implementation under scheduled timeline 
   » Other tasks may be assigned as required Qualification
   » Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
   » At least 3-5 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. Preferably in paint industry/building material. 
   » Preferably Manager/adjunct Manager specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
   » Fluent in English 
   » knowledge Sumatera area for West Regional Sales Manager / Java Area for Central Regional Sales Manager 
   » Required Skill(s): Interpersonal Skill, Communication, Self-motivated, Presentation
   » To be proactive, able to work under pressure
   » Willing to work hard and can work independently without close supervision 
   » To be able to manage multiple tasks and accountable 
   » Willing to travel broadly
   » Demonstrate the capability to work prosperously in a team-oriented environment/matrix structure and quickly adapt to the company culture 
   » capability to use computer such as Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel
